Kevin Tomley: Water Resource Field Specialist
Kevin joined the Watershed Progressive team in July of 2025 as a part time Transport Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator. As of December 2025, he is now a full time Water Resource Field Specialist.
Having grown up in the Sierra Nevada's and spent all his free time outside snowboarding, hiking, fishing and swimming. He developed a love and interest in the environment. “Water is my median, and it allows me to connect, grow, recharge and find peace & comfort.”
Kevin graduated from Columbia College with a certificate in Watershed Management. He has a colorful, extensive work history, and background ranging from; the Snow Sports Industry to Construction, Truck Driving/Heavy Equipment Operating and Natural Resources Field Work. He is passionate about his work and strives to help create healthy, resilient watersheds that his children and all future generations can enjoy.
