Graham Wesolowski MBA, MESM: Agricultural Resilience Project Manager
Graham Wesolowski has worked in land and water conservation for over 15 years in California. Over that time, he has deepened his understanding of both human and natural systems, with a particular focus on farms and ranches. His passion for these landscapes stems from his background in agroecology and his appreciation for the bounty they produce.
Graham is dedicated to fostering resilient coexistence through highly regenerative agricultural systems alongside restored and conserved natural areas. He believes that achieving this balance is essential for helping communities weather the impacts of climate change more effectively and comfortably. His recent work has focused on developing agricultural resilience projects in orchards across the Santa Barbara front country to buffer densely populated areas against the threat of wildfire.
He holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.
Graham resides in Santa Barbara, one of the world’s most dynamic agroforestry regions. He enjoys surfing, fishing, and sailing in the Santa Barbara Channel, as well as experimenting with what he calls “California-Style Barbecue”—pairing locally sourced meats and fish with his own take on traditional sides, also made from local produce. He is also a husband, father of two lively children, and dog-dad to a spirited lab puppy
