Erica has worked in business management for more than twenty years. She managed a Dentist office in the Central Valley while completing her studies at UCFS in 2001. She owned and operated a family child care facility and then began as a volunteer treasurer for Turlock Youth Soccer Association. Erica has a love of community and a strong financial and employee relations background. Working with many families, coaches, and other soccer leagues brought up many demands and provided a very educational learning experience to help her grow her human resources skills.
After 15 years she decided to close her child care business in 2016 to work towards her future. Erica has relocated to the Groveland area and is excited to become part of the Watershed Progressives team. She will bring years of experience in bookkeeping and administration to the company, as well as, enhance the HR department by helping our employees feel safe, valued, and properly supported.
