Deanna Roller: FINANCE DIRECTOR

Deanna brings three decades of experience in accounting and administration across the full spectrum of industries to her role as Finance Director of Watershed Progressive. A spirited entrepreneur, her background in leadership, strategy, and business ownership lends capability and confidence to her numerous roles and responsibilities. Deanna is a UCCE Certified Master Gardener and holds love for all things plants. She spends countless hours in her garden and volunteering to assist fellow gardeners in our county, educating them about backyard water resiliency. “I feel grounded and alive when I have my hands in the dirt and see the results of all my hard work,” Deanna reflects. “Watershed Progressive is a company that places high value on being a steward of the earth and protecting our valuable resources; one of them being WATER.”
WHY MY WORK AT WP MATTERS
Water also holds a special place in my life. My favorite place for refuge and recharge is on a riverbank when my eyes behold the strong current, watching a vivid sunset on the ocean and feeling the sand beneath my toes, kayaking on a crystal blue lake early in the morning when nature is just waking up, and feeling the rocks beneath my feet as I stroll through a creek.
Deanna grew up in Ventura County, moving to Tuolumne County in her 20’s, where she lives with her husband of 27-plus years, three dogs and two cats, and two grown children who live in the nearby foothills.
